连接mysql错误 SQL: show variables like 'collation_database'

程序连接mysql发生错误：

 Unexpected error: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'performance_schema.session_variables' doesn't exist (SQL: show variables like 'collation_database')

解决办法：

进入mysql 的bin目录执行：

./mysql_upgrade -u root -p
